TEXAS, RATII:YING, APPROVING AND ADOPTING A NOTICE TO
BIDDERS, PUBLISHED BY THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, IN THE
PLAINEIEW DAILY HERALD, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, ON.March ~13. ~

FOR THE' .C'ON.STRUCTtON OF CERTAIN SiREET IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March~ 1981 , the City
C_o.Uncil of the City of Plainview, Texas, ~p'ass6d Ordinance No.
-244! . ratifying, approving and adopting the plans and
ions of the City Engineer of Plainview, Texas, for the
improvements of streets described in Ordinance No. .81-2433 ·
and ratified, approved and adoptecI the report of the City Engineer
advertising for sealed competitive bids;
WHEREAS, the City--Counci.t of the City of. Plain'view directed
that a ~otice to bidders-be published ~n the P. lainview.Daily Herald
~tPtain~view~- Texas, on March 13, 1981 "and March 20, 1.981 ;

WHEREAS said notice was published in the Plainview Daily Herald,
Pleinview, Texas, as directed in Ordinance No. 81-2433 dated .Janu-
arS~27, 1981, and the City Council of the'City of Plainview, desires to
~.approve .and ratify the publishing of said notice as-required by

NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
