A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
SIGN LEASE NO. DTFAOT-81-L-01091 AND RELATED
DOCUMENTS WITH FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
FOR A CENTER FIELD WIND EQUIPMENT TOWER WITH
REMOTE READING HYGROTHERMOMETER ON THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW/HALE COUNTY' ~i~ORT PROPERTY.

WHEREAS, the Airport Board has reviewed the proposed lease and
recommends it approval of the City of Plainview and Hale County; and
WHEREAS, attachment "A" to the proposed lease states the legal
decription of the Center Field Wind equipment tower and is hereby
made a part and incorporated into ~his resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas to authorize the Mayor to sign Lease no.
DTEA)7-81-L-O1091 and related documents with the Federal ~viation
Administration for a Center Field Wind Equipment Tower with Remote
Reading Hygrothermometer on the Cit~ of Plainview/Hale County Airport
property.
