A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PLANS, AUTHOR-
IZING PREPARATION OF THE SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTH-
ORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR RESTROOMS
IN LAKESIDE PARK.
WHEREAS, James Robison has prepared the plans for
the restrooms to be constructed in Lakeside Park; and
WHEREAS, the Specifications and Contract Documents will
be prepared.by the City Staff in accordance with the guidelines
of the Texas Deparment of Parks and Wildlife and the Department
of Housing and Urban Development; and
WHEREAS, the Parks, Open Space and Recreation Advisory
Committee has reviewed said plans and recommends that the City
Council approve said plans; and
WHEREAS, said plans and. specifications will be submitted
to Texas Park and Wildlife for their approval upon their completion:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to:

SECTION 3:
Approve the plgns for the restrooms in Lakeside
Park as prepared by James Robison.
Authorize the preparation of the Specifications
and Contract Documents for the restrooms in
Lakeside Park.
Authorize advertisement for bids contingent
upon the approval of the plans and specifications
by the Texas Park and Wildlife Department.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of August, 1981.
