PLAINVIEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $376.90 FR

ER ADJUSTMENTS ALONG
on on November 2, 1979, amended
October 29, 1980, the City of Plainview entered into a contract
with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. of Lubbock, Texas for certain
engineering services to be performed during the relocation ~nd
construction of certain water and sanitary sewer lines adjacent
to Interstate Highway 27 and across the right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, work on this project has been completed and the
City of Plainview is in receipt of the final statement in the amount
of $376.90 for engineering services performed through June 30, 1981; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in Water & Sewer
Revenue Fund Account No. 11 to cover said expenditure:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to authorize the final payment in
the amount of $376.90 from Water & Sewer Revenue Fund Account No.
11 to Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. for engineering services performed
in conjunction with water & sewer adjustments along Interstate 27.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of August, 1981.
