RESOLUTION NO. R81-424
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY REPLAT
OF LOTS 7 & 8, BLOCK 91, COLLEGE HILL ADDITION,
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS DATED AUGUST 4, 1981.
WHEREAg, James Robison has presented the preliminary
replat of Lots 7 & 8, Block 91, College Hill Addition, Plainview,
Texas dated August 4, 1981 along with the appropriate plat fee and
the necessary information to the City Engineer of the City of
Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed said
replat and recommends its acceptance subject to the changing
of the names of certain streets:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas to approve the preliminary replat
of Lots 7 & 8, Block 91, College Hill Addition, Plainview, Texas
dated August 4, 1981 subject to the correcting of the names of the
streets on the plat and the key map, thereon, to Milwaukee Street and
Lexington Street adjacent to said Block 91.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of August, 1981.
