A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROPRIATING $4,303.94 FROM THE 1974 G.O. PARK BOND
FUND ACCOUNT NO. 3-0-60812 AS PAYMENT FOR ITEMS LISTED HEREIN FOR
JOHN D. STONEHAM PARK. (Thunderbird)
WHEREAS, on August 22, 1977 the City of Plainview entered into
,a. Bureau of Outdoor Recreation Agreement (Project No. 48-00532) for
the development of John D. Stoneham Park (Thunderbird) with the U.S.
Department of Interior and the Texas Dept. of Park and Wildlife; and
WHEREAS, said grant terminated on January 1,1982; and
WHEREAS, the expenditures listed below totalling $3,871.69 are
the last f6r which the City of Plainview can receive 50%
reimbursement from the Texas Dept. of Parks and Wildlife for the develop-
ment of John D. Stoneham Pa2k; and
WHERE&S, there are sufficient funds.~available in the 1974 G.O.
Park Bond Fund Acct. 3-0-60812 to cover said expenditures:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas to appropriate $3,871.69 from the 1974
G.O. Park Bond Fund Acct. No. 3-0-60812 as paym-ent for items listed
herein for John D. Stoneham Park. (Thunderbird):
