RESOLUTION NO. R82-472
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND AWARDING
A PURCHASE FOR ONE (1) SIXTEEN FOOT (16 Ft.) FLAT-
BED WITH HOIST FOR THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 81'-2457 authorized the purchase
of one (1) sixteen foot (16 ft.) flatbed with hoist by the
Sanitation Department; and
WHEREAS, bids were duly received; and
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid was submitted by American
Trailer of Lubbock, Texas ihs the net amount of $3,708.00; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been budgeted in Account
No.~ 6i3-60804 to cover said purchase:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview to:
SECTION 1: Accept the bids for one (1) sixteen foot
(16 ft.) flatbed with hoist.
SECTION 2:
Award a purchase contract to American
Trailer of Lubbock, Texas in the amount
of $3,708.00 for said flatbed with hoist.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 12th day of January, 1982.
