A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPPROPRIATING $1,640.11 FROM THE STREET PAVING
ASSESSMENT FUND ACCT. NO. 7-0-60807 AS PAYMENT TO HIGH
PLAINS PAVERS, INC. FOR WORK PERFORMED UNDER CONSTRUCTION
ESTIMATE NO. 6 OF THE 1980 PAVING CONTRACT (WESTRIDGE UNIT
NO. 4).

WHEREAS, in accordance with sub-division Ordinance No. 78-22~9
the City of Plainview is responsible for the cost of paving the portion
of streets in the access of 41 feet in width; and
WHEREAS, the 1980 paving contract with High Plains Paver, Inc.
has been extended to include the portion of the paving for which the
City of Plainview is responsible in Westridge Unit No. 4; a~d
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview is in receipt of construction estimate
No. 6 in the amount of $1,640.11 from High Plains Pavers, Inc. for work
performed on said project through January 1, 1982; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available from the Street Paving
Assessment Fund Acct. No. 7-0-60807 to cover said expenditure:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEP by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas to appropriate $1,640.11 from the Street Paving
Assessment Fund Acct. No. 7-0-60807 as payment to High Plains Pavers, Inc.
for work performed under construction estimate No. 6 of the 1980 Paving
Contract (Westridge Unit No. 4)
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of J.anuary, 1982.
