A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE FEE FOR MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES WHICH
MAY BE PROVIDED BY PARKHILL, SMITH AND COOPER, INC. ENGINEERS,
ARCHITECTS, AND PLANNERS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR OF 1982.
WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary that the City of
Plainview employ Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. engineers, architects,
and planners to furnish miscellaneous engineering consulting services
to our City; and
WHEREAS, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. has submitted a fee
schedule for miscellaneous services which may be utilized by the City
during the calendar year 1982; and
WHEREAS, said fee schedule is hereby made a part of this Resolution:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas that the fee schedule submitted by Parkhill,
Smith & Cooper, Inc. for calendar year 1982 be approved and placed on
file with the Director of Public Works.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of January, 1982.
