RESOLUTION NO. R82-476
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE AERIAL
APPLICATION OF VECTOR CONTROL CHEMICALS.
WHEREAS, Southwest Aerial Services, Inc. has notified the City
that theyare not~willing~.to~xtend ~he February 26,-1980 contract for
the aerial application of vector control chemicals; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest
of the citizens of Plainview to continue providing this service:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas to authorize the advertisement for bids
for the aerial application of vector control chemicals.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th:_day of January, 1982.
