HomeMy WebLinkAboutR82-482RESOLUTION NO. R82-482 O0 iSG A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TOWNHOUSE REPLAT OF THE S.W. PART OF RIDGECREST ADDITION, UNIT NO. 2, PLAIN- VIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, Randall Kidd has presented the Preliminary Plat of Townhouse replat of the S.W. part of Ri~dgecrest Addition, No. 2, Plai. nview, Hale County, Texas, along with the appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer, City of Plainview; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, on January 28, 1982 approved the Preliminary Plat of Townhouse replat of the S.W. part of Ridgecrest Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, with certain stipulations: l) Lot width less than the required 22 feet street frontage; 2i As Southwest 3rd Street is designated as a Major Thoroughfare, vehicular access:should not be permitted from the proposed paved private driveways to Public street improvements on S.W. 3rd Street; 3) As a common sewer line serves each five-unit structure, an easement should ~e provided for these sewer lines and should be shown on the Final Plat; 4) Outlines of ex~e~ be shown on the F 5) Water distributi( easement with sev and shown on Fine be placed in eas( line crosses ano~ ior and common walls for all buildings should inal Plat; ~n lines to each unit should be placed in an ~er lines or separate easements should be provided 1 Plat.
