A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF R~HE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND AWARDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT
FOR A TWIN POST AUTOMOTIVE LIFT FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE
CENTER.
WHEREAS, Ordinance NO. 81-2456 passed on September 29, 1981
authorized the purchase of an automotive lift for the Municipal Service
Center from Revenue Sharing FUnds; and
WHEREAS, the invitation for bids were duly advertised; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview received one (1) bid from
Automotive & Service St&ti.o~ Equipment Co. of Lubbock, Texas:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas that the purchase of a twin post
automotive lift be made from Automotive & Service Station Equipment
Co. of Lubbock, Texas in the amount of $5,000.
PASSED APPROVED this the 23rd day of February, 1982.
