A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR TOWNHOUSE REPLAT' OF THE
SOUTHWEST PART OF RIDGECREST ADDITION, UNIT NO 2 PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS. · ,
WHEREAS, the Constitution, the laws of the State of Texas
and the Charger of the City of Plainview provides for the adoption
of a subdivision ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview adopted
Subdivision Ordinance No. 78-22S9 on the 14th day of November, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous to continue to provide for
the orderly, safe and healthful development of the area within and
surrounding the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, Red River Land & Cattle Company, et al, has complied
with and the Final Plat reflects any and all stipulations placed upon
them by the City Council during approval of the Preliminary Plat; and
WHEREAS, the owners have submitted the Final Plat in compliance
with all the provisions of Subdivision Ordinance No. 78-2259:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas, to approve the Final Plat for the Townhouse
Replat of the Southwest Part of Ridgecrest Addition Unit No. 2, Plainview,
Texas. , .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 13th day df April, 1982.
