A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE REQUEST OF RANDY KIDD AND 'OTHERS TO
PAVE THE ALLEYS WITHIN THE RIDGECREST ADDITION, UNIT NO. 2
PROJECT AND PAVING THE NORTH EDGE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG
SOUTHWEST 3rd STREET AS IT ABUTTS THE PROJECT, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE ALLEY PAVING SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW.
WHEREAS, Randy Kidd representing Ridgecrest Addition, Unit No.
2, has requested permission to pave the alley ways adjacent to and
within the Ridgecrest Addition and requested to pave the north edge
of the right-of-way along southwest 3rd as it abutts the Ridgecrest
Addition; and
WHEREAS, they have consulted with the City Engineer and have agreed
to have the paving installed in accordance with the alley paving
specifications of the City of Plainview:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
of the City of Plainview, Texas to approve the request of Randy Kidd
representing the Ridgecrest Addition, Unit No. 2 and the north edge
of the right-of-way along Southwest 3rd Street as it abutts the Ridge-
crest Addition in accordance with'the paving specifications of the
City of Plainview.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 13th day of ~pril~ 1982.

Re: Paving alley area in part of Ridgecrest Addition, Unit #2
Gentlemen:
On behalf of the owners constructing townhouses located on South
Itasca Street in Plainview, I would like for you to consider this
request for alley paving. Attached you will find a large map of
the construction site.
The area colored green and blue would be paved with asphalt.
area would be used by the residents to enter and leave their
garages.
