REgOLUTION NO. R82-510
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DUNCAN ADDITION, UNIT NO.
3, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the constitution, the laws-of the State of Texas
and the Charter of the City of/Plainview provides for the adoption
of a sub-division ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview adopted
Sub-Division Ordinance No. 78-2259 on the 14th day November, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue to provide for the
orderly, safe and helpful development of the area within surrounding the
City of P~ainview; and
WHEREAS, W. B. Leverton & Associates, Design Engineers have submitted
final plat for the Duncan Addition, Unit No. 3, which reflects any and all
stipulations placed upon them by the City Council during the approval of
the preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been submitted and is in compliance
with all provisions of the Sub-Division Ordinance No. 78-2259:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas to approve the final plat for Duncan Addition, Unit
No. 3, Plainview, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day of April, 1982.
