A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS ACCEPTING THE BID FROM MILSTEAD HARDWARE COMPANY ON
LOTS NO. 9 & 10, BLOCK 57, ORIGINAL TOWN, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, by the passage of Resolution No. R81-452, the Council
declared Lots No. 9 & 10, Block S7, Original Town as surplus property
and authorized the advertisement for bids; and
WHEREAS, on March 31, 1982, David Milstead, Vice President,
representing Milstead Hardware & Welding Supply Co. submitted a bid
of $1,800 for this property, that being the only bid submitted:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Plainview, Texas that the sell of Lots 9 & 10, Block
57, Original Town Plainview, Texas be made to Milstead Hardware &
Welding Supply Co
