A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS ~d~ENDING A STREET USE PERMIT ISSUED ON APRIL 27, 1982
TO THE 9TH STREET CHURCH OF CHRIST LOCATED AT 808 COLUMBIA.
WHEREAS, by Council action on April 27, 1982, the passage of
Resolution No. R82-498 authorized the issuance of a street use permit
for the 9th & ColUmbia Street Church of Christ located at 808 Columbia
to use public right-of-way in the alley where improvements are to made
to their fiscal plant; and
WHEREAS, the 9th & Columbia Street Church of Christ is now requesting
permission to place a one inch PVC (Schedule 40) water line along the alley
way adjacent to their facility, the water line being 6 ft. 9-in. east of the
east wall of the building and 18 in. deep and approximately 244 ft in
length; and ·
WHEREAS, the 9th & Columbia Street Church of Christ has met all the
requirements of Resolution No. R82-498 and request that this amendment be
included, and covered under insurance policy and indemification presently
in effect:
'" NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the street use permit issued to the 9th and Columbia
Street Church of Christ, authorized by Resolution R82-498 be amended, to include
a private water line which is to placed in the alley Way as described above.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 22nd day of June, 1982.
