A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PIAIAKrfEW, ~TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF THE TOWN WEST ADDITION, UNIT NO. 4, AND STATING
STIPULATIONS TO THEPLAT, AT REQUEST OF THE
PLAiNViEWTRINITYCHURCHOFTHENAZARENE-
WHEREAS, PlainviewTrinity Church of the Nazarenehas
'submitted a Preliminary Plat of Town West Unit No. 4, Plainview,
Texas, dated June 1, 1982, for approval under the terms of the
Subdivision P~gulations of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Plainviewhas
reviewed and acknowledged that said preliminary plat confoz~xs to the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview subject to certain
modifications, deletions and additions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Pl~{nviewhas reviewed and approved said preliminaryplat subject to
certain reconmendations;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that theMayor and City
Council of the City of Plainviewhereby approves the Preliminary Plat
1982,
of Town West, Unit No. 4, Plainview, Texasr dated June 1,
subject to the following requir~t and modifications:
1. Front building setback lines for Lots 144
and 145 shall remain 30 feet to conform to
those of adjacent subdivisions.
2. Side building setback line adjacent to Stevens
Street at the North end of Lot 144 shall be
15 feet.
3. Building setback lines other than those required
in Items 1 & 2 above need not be shown on Final
Plat.
4. The nam~ "Stevens Street" shall be shown on the
curved street betweenMesa Drive and Navasota
Drive.
5. A centerline radius of less than 300 feet on Stevens
Street is hereby permitted due to the location
and conditions of the subdivision.
