A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO35~IL OF ~ CITY OF
PLAINVIA~, TEXAS AUTHORIZING CITY NATIONAL
BANK OF P~, TEXAS TO SUBSTITUTE S~JRITIES
IN THE A~DUNT OF $600,000.
WHEREAS, the City National Bank has been designated as a
depository of the City of Plainview and is required to pledge certain
securities against these deposits to be held in safe keeping;
W/~EREAS, both the depositor and depository now desire the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas to hold certain sectLrities in joint safe
keeping; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of Plainview, Texas, to authorize the execution of an application to the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas requesting the holding of securities in
the amount of $600,000 in joint safekeeping with City National Bank of
Plainview.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of December, 1982.
