RESOLUTION NO. R88-174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS REAPPOINTING JACK SKAGGS TO
REPRESENT THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW ON THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CANADIAN RIVER MUNICIPAL WATER
AUTHORITY'
WHEREAS, Jack Skaggs has served many years
River Municipal Water Authority Board of
representative of the City of Plainview; and
on the Canadian
Directors as a
WHEREAS, Jack Skaggs is currently President of the Canadian
River Municipal Water Authority; and
WBR. REAS, Jack Skaggs current term will expire on July 31, 1988;
and
WHEREAS, Jack Skaggs has agreed to serve another term on the
Canadian River Municipal Water Authority Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plainview, Texas that Jack Skaggs is reappointed to serve on the
Canadian River Municipal Water Authority, with said term to expire
on July 31, 1990.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 9th day of August, 1988.
