BALLARD SUBDIVISION - FINAL PLAT
RESOLUTION NO. R88-204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
BALLARD SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1 REVISED, HALE
COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on October 11, 1988, the City Council approved the
Preliminary Plat of Ballard Subdivision, Unit No. 1, Revised, Hale
County, Texas subject to certain stipulations; and
WHEREAS, Melton R. Ballard of Hale County, Texas, has submitted
the Final Plat of Ballard Subdivision, Unit No. 1, Revised, Hale
County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that it contains all the items required by the stipulations set
forth for the approval of its Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas, that the Final Plat of Ballard
Subdivision, Unit No. 1 Revised, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 8th day of November, 1988.
