RESOLUTION NO. R88-219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LA
MESA SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, PLAINVIEW, HALE
COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, on July 26, 1988, the City Council adopted Resolution
No. R88-168 approving the Preliminary Plat of La Mesa Subdivision,
Unit No. 1, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, subject to certain
stipulations; and
WHEREAS, the Plainview Independent School District of
Plainview, Texas, has submitted the Final Plat of La Mesa
Subdivision, Unit No. 1, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, along with
all required fees and accompanying documents; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said Final Plat and has
found that it contains all the items required by the stipulations set
forth for the approval of its Preliminary Plat and that it conforms
to the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Plainview; and
WHEREAS, guarantees for water and sewer extensions required to
serve said subdivision have been made; and
WHEREAS, guarantees have been provided for street paving and
other improvements required by the City of Plainview for the approval
of the Final Plat of said subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Plainview that the Final Plat of La Mesa Subdivision, Unit No. 1,
Plainview, Hale County, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject td
compliance with the Subdivision Regulations and other ordinances
governing the platting and developing of land within the City of
Plainview.
